Better Business Bureau Gives The BusBank an A+
January 13th, 2010The BusBank is pleased to announce our increased rating as an Accredited Business from the Better Business Bureau (BBB): We have moved from an A- to an A+!
According to the BBB, “If a business has been accredited by BBB, it means BBB has determined that the business meets BBB accreditation standards, which include a commitment to make a good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints.”
Chelsey Quick is our Quality Assurance Manager. Here she explains why this new rating is of such importance to The BusBank:

The BBB began issuing accreditation standard letter-grade rankings approximately one year ago, but have been a BBB Accredited business since 2004.
To clarify, “BBB accreditation does not mean that the business’ products or services have been evaluated or endorsed by BBB, or that BBB has made a determination as to the business’ product quality or competency in performing services.”
